Computers, mobile phones, and technologies, from morning to night, we are surrounded by devices.
Whether it's working in the office on the computer screen, chatting with someone, watching your
favorite web series and movies, or taking selfies, we spend a lot of time in front of the screen. But, "are

Wrinkles and Dark circles- waking till late night, scrolling media feeds, doing extra work, or watching
movies seems good according to you because you are obsessed with doing it. But this can wreak havoc
on the eyes. Devices need rest, you need rest, and eyes need rest too. Spending too much time will
