Right way to shower during winter: The Do's and Don’ts during bath

Winter has arrived and so has the fear of bathing. Bathing seems to be a daunting task for most of us,
especially in winters. Cold air and cold water are so haunting that we look to find a way to escape.
You can make your bath funnier by taking a shower with hot water. You can make it even better by
the addition of shower gel or rose water. Bathing is important but do you know the right way to shower.
Do’s
1. Apply Shower gel- Shower gels are effective for the cleansing process. Their formulation can work wonderfully for various skin concerns.
A refreshing shower gel like Rose and Jasmine Shower gel keeps skin fresh and sweat-free.

2. Use Lukewarm Water- Based on season choose the temperature of the water. In winter use lukewarm
water for a shower. Don't get tempted by hot shower.
Don’t do while bathing or after bathing
1. Applying soap- Soaps are generally hard so we advise to not use soap on sensitive skin. If required apply to selected areas only.
2. Do not scrub hard- if you are using body scrub or face scrub like Pomegranate Body Scrub or Pomegranate Face Scrub, you are advised to use it gently on the skin. Treat but do not irritate the skin.
What to do after Bath?

Apply face cream-
Damp skin is best suited for applying a face moisturizer, so just after the bath, when the skin is moist, nourish it with a luxurious face cream.
